1 Month Old

It is amazing how time flies. Now I understand why my mom has always said "it seems like just yesterday" when talking about me as a baby. And I understand the "you'll never know how much I love you". It's amazing!!!

I can't believe Jameson is already 4 weeks old. He has grown and changed SO much already, I can't even imagine what is yet to come.

This week we visited the pediatrician, Dr. Dawson, a really cool gal who wishes she too would've given birth at home! Jameson weighed in at 9 lbs and was an even 23 inches long. He is growing like a weed! He is perfectly healthy and checked out just fine.

Granny headed back to Louisiana this week, we were very sad. She was a great help during the last month, around the house and with our little guy.


Jameson saw his first rainbow this week. It was beautiful from our back deck.

He and dad like taking naps together :)



Jameson has started looking around more and focusing in on objects. He smiles at us some now, and it seems intentional, not just gas!! We have started playing with some toys and he enjoys lying on his back on his little mat and listening to his Baby Mozart. He's going to be SO smart!!!
