It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like...

Christmas!!!

So today we had a SNOW DAY!! No school cancelled (it's a Sunday) but church was cancelled for both services! We have been holed up in the house staying warm and cozy and eating gumbo all day! It's still coming down strong, and has been since sometime in the night. Here are a few piks of the damage thus far! Not too shabby for us southern folk :) So far it looks like we have about 20 inches so far tonight!

Letter To Santa

Dear Santa (and all of those affiliated with Santa-you know who you are),

As I’m sure you know, this has been a GREAT year for me! I learned to crawl, then to walk, now to run, had a 1st birthday and deserved 2 parties, started talking and laughing at myself and others. All of this, and I have managed to stay out of trouble and keep mom and dad happy (so much so that they think they’re ready for another little one, and they tell me one is coming, although don’t be confused - that is not part of MY christmas list!!). Anyway, I think Santa (and everyone else) should be very proud of the little boy I’ve become. I don’t talk back, rarely cry, and only an occasional tantrum. I sing in church, fold my hands to pray and I even laugh when the preacher makes a funny! I’ve been very nice to Boudreaux, Thibadeaux and Delilah, and they want to donate their christmas gifts to me too. I promise they told me that! So in conclusion, I think I deserve some pretty cool toys this year for Christmas. It’s going to start snowing soon and then I’ll be stuck inside a lot until like April I think mom said! Woah! I’ll be bummed not being able to go outside to play all the time. SO, here it is, in no particular order. If you have any questions call mom. She’s pretty much in the loop on what is cool for a 1 year old! Thanks, Happy Shopping and Merry Christmas!

Happy Halloween

Jameson was a Giraffe for Halloween this year.

Well, kinda. We didn't actually go trick or treating.

The little giraffe was too tired after a long day of traveling back home.

October trip South

Jameson and I (mama) took a trip down south to visit family back in October. It was a lot of fun for everyone to get to see Jameson and how much he's grown.
